With a background of a world of pure hustle (design and entrepreneurship), Monica naturally took on a role at a start up IT consulting firm with 1 year under its belt. Her goal was to help expand the backend of the business, allowing the business owners to concentrate on customer architecture and technical management. She helped build the foundations for process in operations, including accounting, finance, and human resources. Once settled in, she started focusing simultaneously on expanding the presence of the company brand with marketing initiatives, and supported sales with building relationships for partner alliances and content creation for services.
Monica has grown with this company since 2013, and is currently the Director of Operations & Marketing. Viscosity North America (viscosityna.com) is an Oracle Platinum Partner based in Dallas, Texas.
